On arrival, our driver shall pick you and transfer you to Arusha Four Points hotel.

Daily Itinerary

Day1: Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara national park was famously known as a hunting ground for hunters from all over the globe, like Hemingway, and also for the tree-climbing lions.

Early in the morning, our tour guide shall transport you from your hotel to Lake Manyara national park in Tanzania. Upon arrival in Manyara, you shall check in your accommodation. After lunch, you shall visit Lake Manyara national park for an afternoon game drive.

The park hosts a variety of wild species like the wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, waterbuck, impala, Cape buffalo, giraffe, hippopotamus, baboon, warthog, and African Bush Elephants.

In the evening, you shall return to your accommodation for dinner and refreshments.

Day2 & 3: Serengeti

The next destination is Serengeti National Park, the second biggest in Tanzania after Selous National Park.

The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word ‘Serengeti’ which means endless plains. For the next two days, you’ll explore a world-renown wildlife sanctuary. You are scheduled for a morning and evening drive to give you enough time to explore the vast plains of the Serengeti.

Expect to see the big five, a numerous crowd of herbivores, including the wildebeest, and a diverse species of birds, especially the predatory birds, like the eagle and the hunting vulture.

At sunset, enjoy the dazzling orange sunrays as the sun sets down in this animal kingdom. The backdrop of the large Acacia trees in the open plains is a sight to behold, especially for photographers.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

From Serengeti, we head to the Ngorongoro crater. The Ngorongoro conservational area’s ecosystem sustains a vast vegetation covering. The cycnium tublusum, for instance, which looks likes snow from a distance, covers the floor of the crater. The acacia and loree forests adorn the park while providing residence to numerous species of birds, insects, reptiles, and some shy mammals.

Along the way from the Serengeti, you shall enjoy an en-route game drive. Upon arrival, you will drive to the crater floor and appreciate this beautiful architecture of nature.

Expect to see animals like the cape buffalos, blue wildebeest, hippopotamus, black rhinos, waterbucks, topi, impala, crocodile, cheetah, African leopard, lesser flamingos, among others.

At sundown, you’ll return to the farm where a mouth-watering delicacy awaits you.

Day 5: Tarangire national park

From Ngorongoro National Park, a coda of the 6 Day Tanzania Safari will be the Tarangire National Park. The term ‘Tarangire’ means a zigzag motion and is an attribute to the meandering river that passes across the park. This brings life to the park; nourishment for both plants and animals. The park is known to host migratory animals like the zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, and gazelles, among others during the dry season.

Zebras and wildebeest are the first to migrate. They move towards Lake Natron, located in the Northeast region, in October. They are followed by onyxes, hartebeests, gazelles, elands, buffaloes, and later on elephants.

However, the waterbucks, giraffes, and warthogs are faithful to their territory. You will have the pleasure of seeing all these animals and many more. You will have ample time to explore the park. Our seasoned drivers will drive as close to the action as possible.

In the evening, you will be taken back to the lodge for dinner, refreshments, bonding sessions, and rest.

Day 6: Drive back to Arusha

There might be an early morning game drive if time allows for you to see animals you might have missed out on the previous day. Then we will be en route to Arusha Town, for lunch at Arusha four Points hotel. Later on, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
