The Ngorongoro crater is the only crater in the world where it snows; not from the sky down, but the earth up. The white cycnium tubulusum adorns the floor of the crater as the loree and Acacia forests form part of the habitat. Very high hills exist to fortify this paradise and protect it from intruders; not humans, but other wild animals, as the residents are very selfish with their territory. The 3 days Ngorongoro Safaris will ensure that you explore this wonder of nature, as you observe the peculiar behaviors of wild animals inhabiting the park.
Day 1: Departure to Ngorongoro Crater
Our representative will pick you from your hotel in Arusha or the airport if you’ve just landed. You will drive north to the conservancy as you behold the beautiful landscape that embellishes the country of Tanzania. On arrival, you will have lunch, and later you shall have a brief game drive till dawn where you shall retire to your ushered to your lodge dinner and rest.
Day 2: Explore the Park
The 125 square miles of coverage will keep you engaged for the day. Explore the acacia forests, the plains of the crater floor, and peculiar behaviors adapted by the animals as a result of the enclosure by the mountain. Did you know that it’s only in Ngorongoro conservancy that the hyena is the king of the jungle? Find out why on this full day of exploration.
Day 3: End of Tour
You will have an early morning game drive, preferably before sunrise, to increase your chances of viewing the nocturnal animal behaviors. Later on, after breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for your outbound flight.
